We currently provide a variety of services to our numerous clients, ranging from 'simple' tenant finding to a completely 'hands-free' property management service.

Over the years, we have discovered that many of our clients who initially came to us for our 'tenant finding' service have been so 'wowed' by our in-depth knowledge and level of services they have received that they have decided to stay with us and benefit for our full management service: full vetting, comprehensive marketing of the properties, drafting individual tenancy agreements, signing up tenantsand their guarantors. Most of our Landlords have become virtual "armchair investors". In the process removing all of the stress, whilst retaining all the financial benefits with little to no involvement, save viewing their rental returns (paid monthly into a bank account of their choosing) and the reports we generate to demonstrate how their investment continues to perform on their behalf.

Needless to say, we continue to pleasantly surprise our clients with the extent of service provision they receive in relation to the fees we charge.

Quite simply, we believe in charging a lower management fee because we know we are building our business through you....the landlord/investor.
